How long does a unit order take?
A digital proof within 48 hours, then 12 working days from approval to delivery. Rush timelines are possible for Raising Day and parades. Ask us.
Do you deliver to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, free of charge via the Army Postal Service. Allow 7–14 days depending on location.
How does the serving-member discount work?
Serving and retired personnel and their dependants get 15% off every order. Verify once in your account with a service ID or ECHS card.
Can units pay by invoice?
Yes. Regimental orders can be raised against a purchase order with net-30 payment terms.
Can I return a personalised piece?
Personalised pieces are made to your approved proof, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Ready-to-ship pieces have a 15-day return window.
