Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This site also uses local storage and session storage, which do the same job but stay on your device and aren’t sent to our servers with every request. This policy covers all three, and calls them “cookies” for short.
Some are set by us (first-party). Others are set by services we use, such as our analytics provider (third-party).
On your first visit we ask which optional cookies you allow. There are three groups:
“Essential only” is as easy to choose as “Accept all”, and refusing optional cookies doesn’t change anything you can do on the site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional cookies start switched off.
Your choice is stored for 180 days. We ask again after that, or sooner if we add a new kind of cookie. When you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies that group set.

When you pay, Razorpay sets its own cookies on its checkout window to process the payment and prevent fraud. They’re covered by Razorpay’s privacy policy.
Only with your consent. We use PostHog to count visits, see which pages and products are used, find where checkout goes wrong, and watch anonymised recordings of sessions. Every form field is hidden in recordings, so we never see what you type, including addresses and payment details. PostHog data goes through our own address (/ingest) and is stored by PostHog in the United States. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

We don’t run any advertising tags today. If we start, they’ll be added to this list first, and they will stay off unless you turn marketing cookies on. These are the ones we would use:

Links in our emails, social posts and ads sometimes carry tags such as utm_source, utm_campaign, or ad-click IDs such as gclid and fbclid. They tell us which post or ad you came from, not who you are.
For the current visit we keep this in your tab’s session storage. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, we also keep the first and latest campaign for 90 days, so we can tell which campaigns lead to orders. Product links you share from our site carry a small tag (for example utm_medium=share) so we know sharing works.
