About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or buy from fauji-funk.pages.dev and faujifunk.com (the “site”), operated by Fauji Funk, New Delhi. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

Your account

You can order as a guest or with an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we send the order confirmation email with your order reference (FF-XXXXXX).
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we can’t verify a payment. If we do, we refund you in full.
• Promo codes are one per order, can’t be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Product photographs are representative. Embroidery, enamel and engraving are done by hand, so small variations in colour and finish are part of the craft.

Personalisation & insignia

Much of what we make carries a crest, a motto, a name or a number. When you personalise an item or place a unit order:

• You confirm that you are authorised to use the insignia, crest, motto or artwork you send us, and that the request is for a legitimate personal, unit or regimental purpose.
• We reproduce official insignia faithfully and won’t alter them for convenience. We may decline requests that misuse official emblems, imitate restricted badges of rank or decorations, or could be used to impersonate service personnel.
• Production starts only after you approve a digital proof. You’re responsible for checking spelling, dates and details on the proof.
• Personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable except as set out in our Returns policy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) or collected as cash on delivery, for orders below ₹10,000 with a ₹40 handling fee. Regimental and unit orders can be raised against a purchase order on net-30 payment terms, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery & risk

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren’t guaranteed. That is especially true for APO/FPO and remote areas, where the last leg is outside our control. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave, or on handover to the Army Postal Service for APO/FPO consignments.

Intellectual property

The Fauji Funk name, the FF badge, our designs, photographs and site content belong to Fauji Funk. Regimental crests and insignia belong to their respective services and units. We use them only to make products for authorised orders. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
